At A Glance:This is a man who carries himself with confidence, but without arrogance. He is by no means "young" but has the appearance and physique of a man who's looked after himself his whole life. His clothing denote a possible noble background and his accent is ambiguous though by no means 'common' or lower class. He seems the embodiment of that professor you had a crush on in University who absolutely KNEW you did but kept a respectable, professional distance. You knew you didn't have a chance with him, but every so often, he'd give you a little smile. Perhaps to just make sure you were paying attention to his lecture.

Long time RPer with far too many characters. I prefer to RP in game over anywhere else. I am up for all types of RP, including violence, darker themes, and erotic, but it has to make sense in the story for my character and come about organically. I love going to events, but also enjoy one-on-one RP. While I am happy to do one-off scenes, I do really enjoy developing my characters through interactions they have with others over a period of time. I would rather not RP with anyone who is oocly under 18.
I am based in England and tend to RP at GMT-friendly times. That being said I regularly stay up on weekends and holidays to RP with my NA friends.
Rhyan Charm: Jasper's eldest offspring. Jasper's relationship with Rhyan is good, though complex. He feels guilt for not being around to raise Rhyan, but immense pride at the man he became without him there. Despite his pride, he considers Rhyan to be the lesser focused of his two children and while he tries not to press his ambitions onto his children, he does become somewhat frustrated with Rhyan's lack of drive.Anna Charm: Jasper's youngest offspring. Jasper's relationship with Anna is doting, bordering on spoiling. She can do no wrong in his eyes. Not only is she driven to succeed but shows remarkable talent in all things magical and shares a similar aetherical 'feel' to him (though aspected different). Jasper has exceptionally high hopes for Anna and thus far she's reached and surpassed all of them.Sarto'rien Faltomyri: Jasper's relationship with Sarto is strange at the best of times. At times, he finds himself at odds with the boy, particularly when he's reminded of just how young Sarto is. At other times, he finds a kindred spirit in Sarto. Someone who understands what it is to be aetherically gifted. He enjoys his intelligence and can come across as flirtatious with him though most of his interactions seem to be to friendly, if not teasing in nature. All that being said, he cares deeply for him and trusts him more than he trusts most.Valis Tyraine: The boyfriend of his daughter. Jasper finds Valis somewhat of a pure soul in the midst of a bunch of highly ambitious, ruthless mages. He feels a fatherly affection for the boy and is quick to praise him as he would a son. He recognises Valis' aetherical talent and finds his strange magical uses interesting.Caius Bastian: A friend. Jasper wasn't immediately drawn to Caius, given he tends to gravitate toward other mages and aetherically potent people. However, as time passes, he enjoys the Garlean's company more and more. Having spent time in Garlemald himself and having a basic grasp of magitek engineering, he often tries to offer his help to whatever projects Caius has on. Though dating one of his closest friends, Jasper does feel he has a certain report with Caius and that they have a nice chemistry.Dashiel Sky: A former student. Jasper was Dash's teacher as a child and teenage years. He was and still is fairly protective of Dash, still feeling that teacher-student dynamic between then despite Dash being an adult now and having made advances at him. While under normal circumstances, Jasper would find Dash a suitable partner, he has trouble detaching from his teacher role when it comes to the man and therefore can sometimes be awkward with him.Nathaniel Everton: Set up once on a blind date, 'Nate' has become quite dear to Jasper. Jasper finds his wholesome sweetness incredibly endearing and enjoys seeing the man flustered at his flirtation. He is fiercely protective of Nate though part of that is due to him thinking Nate is somewhat less clever than most of his friends and therefore needs his protection. The two have been on several dates though Jasper remains reluctanct to tell him much about his past or even his present though much of that may be to protect the man.Jamie Goldenhearth: His son-in-law. Married to his son. Though Jasper has no objections to Jamie currently, he doesn't actually know him well. What he does know revolves around Jamie's need for order and control. Jasper sees this as something to toy with as entertainment. He doesn't wish him any real harm but does enjoy seeing him frustrated at his presence.
